Our Beautiful Minds: Understanding Neurodiversity at Work

Word cloud with terms related to Neurodiversity

The webinar

Between 15 and 20% of the global population is neurodivergent. However, in many organisations, neurodivergent employees feel misunderstood and unsupported. Workplaces and ways of working that have been designed for the neuro-typical brain can often leave those with neuro-differences feeling excluded and stressed.

This webinar will introduce you to the concept of neurodiversity. It will explore the unique gifts a neurodivergent workforce brings, as well as the challenges neurodivergent employees face. You’ll also learn some simple steps you can take to support neurodivergent employees thrive and perform at their best.

The speaker

Clare Reynolds is a Principal Psychologist at UK Business Psychology Consultancy, Pearn Kandola. Clare is a neuro-diversity specialist and coach, skilled at helping neuro-diverse employees channel their strengths so they can reach their potential at work. Working one-to-one with neurodivergent employees across sectors has given her a deep insight into what’s going wrong, and what organisations can do to maximise the potential of those with neuro-differences.
